CASE Commercial, a growing company of 75 professionals including 27 agents/brokers, has office locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. As an owner of the firm, Tom's name is recognized in the acronym CASE (Conger and Sutherland Enterprises). A hard-working leader, he brings a comprehensive corporate services background, integrity and a strong commitment to excellence to every challenge, representing office and industrial space users in virtually every major U.S. market and parts of Canada and Europe. He has negotiated a wide variety of real estate transactions totaling over 7 million square feet including branch offices, corporate headquarter relocations, and large build-to-suit assignments. Additionally, he specializes in law firms and corporate headquarter assignments in the Dallas Central Business District and Far North Dallas markets. Tom has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter for multiple years and for Deal of the Year in 2002.
