Stephanie joined the company in June of 2008 after graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts as a Communication Specialist Major. While at Baylor University, Stephanie interned with a Fortune 500 Company, RR Donnelley as a sales associate/intern where she conducted market research for current business plans and strategically developed new accounts and territories. Upon joining the Leasing Team, Stephanie immediately began diligent market research to gain knowledge of various submarkets, providing senior brokers with valuable market knowledge essential to successful project leasing. Stephanie was awarded 2009 Dallas Business Journal’s “Rookie of the year,” by completing 25 deals totaling 315,550 square feet. She currently assists senior leasing agent, Mike Pierre, CCIM, on the following assignments: Thanksgiving Tower, 1,353,272 SF; Signature Place I & II, 437,363 SF; 747 Plaza, 10,132 SF.
