Kenneth Reese, RID, LEED® AP

Kenneth drew upon 25 years of experience in the real estate and architectural design industries to establish a project management division which provides programming, portfolio analysis, interior design, project analysis, and move coordination for the firm. His passion for sustainability and attention to detail also lead him to develop the company’s corporate green initiative. Kenneth oversees the environmental aspects of office projects and educates employees on implementing Green practices both inside and out of the office. As a result, CASE has become a GREENER place to work and his passion and expertise towards environmental issues has reinforced the firm’s commitment to construct only LEED certified buildings. Kenneth also leads the Sustainable Workplace group which consults companies on ways to adopt Green initiatives and reduce their carbon footprint.

For the first 15 years of his career Kenneth worked with interior design firms including Staffelbach Designs, PGAL and Interprise. His primary focus was client design interface and project management. Kenneth’s knowledge of real estate and architecture provides a unique opportunity to assist the client in developing an efficient and appropriate work environment.
