Kate oversees all aspects of marketing for the company, including the production of corporate brochures, identity packages, direct mail and e-solicitation campaigns, press releases, presentation/advertising campaign materials, new business proposals, and web initiatives. She also works closely with our affiliated network, TCN Worldwide, to create marketing pieces that enhance the firm’s exposure and productivity. Kate additionally lends marketing support to the company’s land services department in Austin. As an integral part of a research team, Kate works through the local brokerage community, economic development councils, Chamber of Commerce, and other sources to create market reports for the firm. The D/FW Office Market Brief is distributed on a quarterly basis. Prior to joining the company, Kate supported a successful tenant services team at CBRE creating marketing flyers, new business presentations, and market research reports. Markets Served Education |
