John Rischard

John Rischard is a founding principal of CASE Commercial Lease Administration. He leads the organization utlizing the extensive knowledge in outsourcing services for all commercial clients.  

John has gathered the best in class professionals to ensure that clients receive world class service. During his 20 year career, he has developed extensive experience in identifying the critical needs of clients and building an organization which supports the needs of each specific client. His past relationships include Blockbuster, Staples, XO Communications, Banner Health and Pulte Homes. In each of these relationships, the appropriate team was built to deliver a significant return in either dollars or operational efficiency for the client. 

Prior to CASE Commercial, John was a Senior Vice President with SRS Real Estate Partners, formerly Staubach Retail. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in the Assurance practice and left the Company as an Assurance Manager.
