David Tuttle, CCIM, is a director in the Fort Worth investment sales division and
focuses on representing sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposition
of office and industrial assets. During his career, he has closed $152 million in
sales and leasing transactions and has managed over 500,000 square feet of
commercial real estate.
David started his real estate career with Dallas-based Swearingen Realty
Group in the early 1990s focusing on office tenant representation. Prior to
launching Tuttle Commercial, he spent six years as an office/industrial sales
specialist covering the Dallas/Fort Worth market for Marcus & Millichap, a
national commercial real estate company based in California. In addition to
being an experienced broker, David worked for a national media company
where he was responsible for driving sales and managing the operations of
print publications in Dallas, St. Louis and Fort Worth.
