Suzi oversees all aspects of marketing for CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners, including the creation of service line materials, new business proposals, offring memorandums, presentations, banners, and property flyers. In addition, Suzi prepares the company's press releases, business ads, and newsletters. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Suzi worked with an investment sales team at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler where she created executive summaries, offering memorandums, and web offerings to facilitate the sale of retail investment properties. These materials applied to the successful closings of 10.5 million square feet of transactions totaling $1.4 billion over a three-year period. She performed specialized tasks for the team that included maintaining investor databases, tracking confidentialty agreements, generating client marketing reports and more. In addition, Suzi worked for CB Richard Ellis for over 11 years where she worked in a variety of capacities to support tenant representation and investment sales teams.
