Steve Hall serves as Managing Director of CASE Commercial's San Antonio office. In his 29 years in the real estate business, he has been involved in the leasing and sale of more than 3.5 million square feet of Class A office space. He held primary responsibility for the leasing of several major office buildings, including the 72-story Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas, which he leased from initial construction to 100% leased.

Steve has been involved in some of San Antonio's major commercial transactions, receiving the "Best Land Deal" award and the "Best Overall Deal" award in 2006 from the San Antonio Business Journal for separate transactions totaling over $67 million in consideration. Some of Steve's career highlights include 625,000 SF office lease to NationsBank/Bank of America; 253,000 SF office lease to Arthur Anderson & Co; sale of 75-acre, 405,000 SF MCI corporate campus; sale of $31 million in development sites to Christus Health; 81,000 SF office lease to Kohl's Corporation; and completed more than 600,000 SF of class A law firm transactions.
