Malcolm is responsible for managing the leasing team as well as developing and maintaining client relationships for the firm. He lends more than 26 years of real estate leasing and marketing experience to assist the leasing team and our clients achieve their leasing and marketing goals and increasing property value. CASE benefits from Malcolm’s previous leasing and marketing expertise with several national and local real estate companies including CBRE, Trammell Crow, Jones Lang LaSalle and Prentiss Properties. Malcolm is equally effective negotiating office leases with top brokers in the city or calling on private and institutional clients. Some of his past positions include Regional Leasing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle where he managed an 8 person leasing team and was responsible for all aspects of a 7.5 million square foot portfolio. He also served as a National Client Relationship Manager where he was entrusted to advise the firm’s most important clients and to provide linkage with market leaders across the country. Malcolm served in a similar role at Prentiss Properties where he was responsible for new business development in Dallas, Austin, Houston and Denver.
