Karen Loss is one of the founding Principals of CASE Commercial Lease Administration. Karen is an expert in lease administration and leads the operations side of the business. Prior to CASE Commercial, Karen led the lease administration and lease renewal restructuring business at SRS Real Estate Partners, formerly Staubach Retail. During her tenure she grew the lease administration business line from 7 people in January of 1999 to a team of more than 60 people with more than 50 clients. While at SRS, Karen received Top Achiever Awards in 2000 and 2001, Top Producer Awards in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and an Outstanding Service Award in 2002. Karen's primary role is to ensure that the lease administration and lease renewal functions are performed in a timely and consistent manner, while focusing on finding savings for all clients. Additionally, she collaborates with CASE's transition team to incorporate new projects into the portfolio in a seamless manner. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Karen has worked on projects from both the landlord's and the tenant's perspective, and thus, has a comprehensive understanding of lease administration.
