John Conger and CASE principal Tom Sutherland oversee all aspects of the firm’s business lines including brokerage services, global corporate services, tenant representation, property management & leasing, investment sales, lease administration, construction, and project management and design services. CASE Commercial is a growing company of 75 professionals including 27 agents/brokers, with offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Since joining the firm in 1996, he has guided the company to become one of Dallas’ largest management and leasing entities with over five million square feet of assignments. After 12 years at the helm, John purchased the company from Bill Cawley in early 2008 and lends his name to the brand, CASE (Conger and Sutherland Enterprises).
