Holt Martin joined CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners in June of 2010 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a minor in Spanish. As an associate of the firm, Holt focuses on tenant representation, corporate services, and leasing projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In addition, Holt is responsible for contributing market analysis to the Knowledge Center in order to better serve CASE’s national clientele. Prior to joining CASE, Holt worked for Apartment Realty Advisors National Seniors Housing Group as an intern in the summer of 2008. Areas of Specialty Education Professional / Affiliations
