David specializes in the Dallas/Fort Worth medical office market, servicing
clients such as SportsVillage USA, Mansfield Medical Plaza, and Medical
Center at Calloway Creek. He transitioned into the role after marketing and
leasing office/service centers and light industrial, composed of more than 4.5
million square feet, for the Meridian Industrial Trust. Other past experience
with the firm includes leasing a local office portfolio of low- and mid-rise space for Harvard Property Trust, BetaWest Real Estate, Today Realty Advisors, Crest Holdings, Merit Texas Properties, MacFarlan Real Estate Services, Alcatel, Inc., RREEF Real Estate Managers, Bush Shiloh, Ltd. & MoCo, Inc.

Prior, David started Day & Night Realty, L.L.C., a landlord services company focused on office products in the D/FW metroplex. He also worked at Magellan Commercial Realty, Inc. where he started an office landlord representation division. Previous to that, David marketed and leased the Landgem Office I portfolio for BeerWells Real Estate Services, a nine mid-rise office building portfolio totaling two million square feet. In addition, he was also involved in the leasing and marketing of several properties directly owned and managed by BeerWells Real Estate Services, Inc.
