Buddy specializes in office leasing from the Landlord’s perspective. He joined the firm in 1998 and offers over 30 years of experience serving clients in the DFW Metropolitan area. He has leased office space in 39 different projects and represented more than 7 million square feet ranging from single story value office to Double A, landmark high-rise. Some of the local submarkets Buddy has served include Far North Dallas, Central Expressway, Plano, LBJ and Las Colinas. In addition, he has represented or overseen leasing in Austin, San Antonio and Tyler. Some of his more noteworthy achievements include a full building lease with IBM, a full building lease with Microsoft and the 756,000 SF, two building lease with JPMorgan Chase.
