Brandy serves as Manager for the CASE lease administration team. In this role she utilizes a system of checks and balances to ensure the accuracy of client portfolio data. In addition, she is responsibile for training current staff and implements policies and procedures to keep the department operating systematically. Brandy started her career in lease administration at Staubach (currently SRS Real Estate Partners) in August of 2000, as an Assistant Real Estate Administrator. She was promoted to Real Estate Administrator in April 2001 and to Lead Real Estate Administrator in December 2004. Brandy began her management career as Supervisor in December 2007. Responsibilities included overseeing the daily real estate administration for the XO Communications, PBS&J, Kinetic Systems, ICF International, and Teletech real estate portfolios. These portfolios comprised over 2000 locations, 9,500,000 RSF and approximately $130,000,000 annual rent. She also has experience with retail lease administration as she worked for a period of time on the Fleming portfolio. While at SRS/Staubach, Ms. Dollgener won awards for Highest Client Satisfaction, Most Valuable Player and REA of the Year. Brandy's background includes employee management and customer service.
