Andrew concentrates on project leasing, tenant and buyer representation and property listings and sales through the San Antonio office. His experience in representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the areas of office, retail, land and industrial properties has enabled him to close more than 120 commercial real estate transactions in San Antonio and South Texas. Andrew specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial properties with an emphasis on office space, corporate facilities and raw land sites that are suited to development. He has handled investment sales and site selection activities for Goldman Sachs, State Farm Insurance Company and Goldrich and Kest Industries. He has also been involved in entitlement, rezoning and annexation of unincorporated land parcels and in the development planning process. Additionally, Andrew has handled corporate expansions for a major telecommunications company in the Corpus Christi and South Texas markets. He has also had experience in the oil and gas industry researching mineral title ownership and negotiating lease transactions for exploration activities.
